Behind The NeuThinking
NeuThinking was founded by me, James, a coach and strategic thinker with over 12 years’ experience in digital media, content strategy, and high-pressure creative environments, including work with the BBC and leading consumer brands.
I like to think that I bring a grounded, practical approach to executive coaching, which has been shaped by years of navigating fast-moving industries, guiding complex projects, and supporting people through change.
Working from a neurodivergent perspective, I can help both business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders cut through noise, helping them simplify decisions, and lead with confidence.
